Digital only. Evo Global is a fully digital educational service. Purchases grant online access to content and features inside the platform. No physical goods are shipped.

1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing, creating an account, or purchasing access to Evo Global, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related Privacy, Refund, and Digital Delivery policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2) Nature of the service

Evo Global offers digital products, memberships, and educational software delivered online through authenticated accounts. Features may include courses, community spaces, guided sessions, support resources, and instructor-led experiences.

3) Account registration and security
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, fraud risk, or violation of these terms.
4) Subscriptions, plans, and billing
  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may include or exclude taxes depending on the transaction.
  • Some plans may renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis.
  • You may cancel from your account to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
  • We may update plans or prices and will provide reasonable notice when a change affects an active subscription.
5) Payments and processors
  • Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment providers.
  • Evo Global does not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or banking credentials on its servers.
  • Transactions may be subject to anti-fraud checks and may be declined by the issuer or payment processor.
6) Digital delivery

Delivery is complete when access is enabled in the platform account and/or a confirmation email with access instructions is sent. See the Digital Delivery Policy for details.

7) Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Because access to digital content may be granted immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after access is provided, except where the policy or applicable law requires otherwise. Contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback.

8) Acceptable use
  • Do not violate applicable law, third-party rights, or these terms.
  • Do not share, resell, sublicense, copy, scrape, or redistribute access or content without authorization.
  • Do not bypass security controls, reverse engineer the platform, upload malware, spam, or unlawful content, or make misleading financial-performance claims.
  • We may moderate content, remove access, or suspend accounts when necessary to protect the service and its users.
9) Content and intellectual property

Software, text, images, videos, educational materials, brands, and platform assets are owned by Evo Group International LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. User-posted community content remains subject to the permissions needed to host, display, and operate the service.

10) Privacy and data

Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described there.

11) Communications

We may send transactional notices such as confirmations, renewals, access instructions, service updates, and policy notices. Marketing messages, if used, will follow applicable opt-in and unsubscribe rules.

12) Changes to the service

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, security, technical, legal, or product-quality reasons. When appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice of relevant changes.

13) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Evo Global does not guarantee specific outcomes and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from use of the service.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evo Group International LLC, its managers, collaborators, and service providers from third-party claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

15) Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming unless mandatory law requires another forum.

16) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if you violate these terms or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

17) Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms. The updated effective date will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
